Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Very Pleased
It's not easy to find a quality small end table to use in our Asian themed powder room. This sits in front of the toilet and holds rolls of toilet paper on the shelves which is easily viewed by guests. Entering the powder room you only see the decorative Shoji side so the rolls are nicely hidden. Much more elegant than having rolls of toilet paper on a metal holder. We bought it in black which matches with our accessories. It is also a good flat surface to hold a decorative plant, or guests can place their cell phones on it. It was packed very well and arrived in good shape.

Beautiiful and Sturdy
This is my second purchase of this table. I bought one over 2 years ago and love it so much that I decided to get another one. My second one came damaged, but Oriental Furniture was very accommodating and determined to make things right. Nice thick wood. Just a beautiful, sturdy piece of furniture.
