Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

Pedestal stand
This is the second pedestal stand that I've purchased from Oriental Furniture. They add a beautiful enhancement when placed below a Chinese bowl. The sizes are very accurate down to the half inch. My only complaint is about an email I received notifying me of the shipment. It listed an individuals name rather than Oriental Furniture and did not describe the item so I did not know who the package was from or what it contained. As I live in the city I have to provide specific instructions to my mail carrier when I am expecting a package. Fortunately I was home when this arrived.

Perfect
I chose two different stands in different sizes for a lamp. While both are beautiful this one is closer in size to the lamp. It's a gift for someone in Ireland, she received a beautiful ceramic lamp that needed a little something to lift it off the shelf, this stand will be perfect. Happy to find what I was looking for
I ordered 6" stands for a pair of vases and these did the trick. They were well-packaged and arrived promptly. They are a bit redder than the photo, and the surface is not as smooth. The spray-lacquer surface is shinier, but I'll try using furniture wax to bring it down a bit.

10" rosewood pedestal stand
Good quality. Substantial weight to the piece. Very speedy delivery. When one of my two stands was delivered damaged, the company sent a replacement within a few days. Had a hard time finding a stand in the stores that would fit my very large ginger jars and these fit perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase.

What a difference these can make!
My mother used these wooden stands for lots of things and I learned early on what a difference these lovely wooden stands can make. They make a pretty or beautiful object look so much nicer - it creates a very finished, polished and focused look. I have a perfume bottle collection and just placed a very tiny stand under a small but very unique bottle that I wanted to stand out. It created just the effect I was after. Awhile back I also ordered two stands for a pair of wonderful antique vases I have flanking on my fireplace mantle and they created such a finished look. If an object needs a little height in order to create a balance in an arrangement, this is a wonderful way to arrange the slight height. They changed an average looking lamp I have into something that looks much nicer, just by adding one of these stands. If you have never used a stand for anything, I suggest you choose an object you would like to create a small highlight for and try one of these stands out. Just remember to choose the type of stand that best suits the object - the object in question should be the focus and the purpose of the stand is to highlight and to draw the eye to the specific object you want to highlight. Much like a nice frame makes a picture or photograph stand out, these stands serve the same kind of purpose. I'm a big fan of these stands and of this company. This company offers a well made product with good size and style options at a competitive price. I searched and compared stands and prices all over the internet before settling on this company and the company has fulfilled my expectations very nicely.

Wait List Caution
Purchase was made via "Wait List". Superficially products look alike but one is heavier and OD is different. I believe one is old stock and one is new stock. They are useable but close inspection reveals differences.

I was so excited when I received my two awesome blue and white porcelain vases. The rosewood bases were perfect to display the vase properly. Everything was packed meticulously for shipment and arrived in mint condition. The pictures on the website are beautiful but they don't do the actual pieces justice. The wonderful feel of the gorgeous porcelain and the brilliant colors are really breath-taking. Rosewood is perfect for the bases. They are exactly what I needed to complete my decor. This is a great-looking stand for vases and bowls. The price is very good, especially when compared with shops in-town (even including the shipping & handling). Figuring out the correct size was quite easy. Simply measure the diameter across the bottom of the piece to be displayed and voila! This stand is very true to the measured base of the item being displayed. The design is elegant without being too fussy. It will fit right in with whatever other pieces are on display. There are, also, various color choices for the finish, which really makes this stand very adaptable. Thank you.
